Reconditioning the Cerrillos Conference Center. After the flooding in 2001, we have had many repairs to make in order to be able to use the facility up to its potential. Pray for us as we raise money to make repairs, as we contract out the work and as we have several short term mission teams in the works to come down and help us get things back into shape.

Increased training of professors in the Seminary. Leadership training is only a good as the leaders who do the training. We are at a major transition point in NW Argentina in terms of leadership.
The older, less educated leaders are retiring and a new group of more educated, but less experienced leaders are taking their place.
It is imperative that the professors in the Seminary can teach at or beyond the level of the students. This is always a challenge.

Redesigning the Seminary program to adapt to the changes in Argentina after the devaluation in 2001. This involves retooling the program so that more people are able to attend classes.
